Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymphatic fluid through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, pre and post operation prep & recovery. Lymphatic massage helps with reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy , sports injuries, surgeries and some pathologies. Strengthening your Lymphatic system increases resistance to illness & boosting your bodies innate immunity.
Relaxing Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Mobile Massage Service
Serving Riverside and inland empire , additional fee for mobile services. Extra $10 fee every 10 miles outside of Woodcrest area.
Packages & Memberships
A package can be set up for a series of sessions paid for all at once at a discounted rate. To meet the needs of a treatment plan.
(Example : 4 - 90 minute sessions for $544.00- versus full price rate would be 4 -90 min sessions $640.00)
Memberships also available for those wanting to setup a monthly membership for a once a month service at discounted rate, that wil be charged to your card on file every month for the date & duration that you specify.
